Thanks to generous support from a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Bay Watershed Education and Training (B-WET) grant funded by GLRI, Inland Seas Education Association is pleased to announce we will be hosting our Great Lakes Watershed Field Course again this summer! This workshop is free of charge to all program participants. This four-day educator training will take place June 24-27, 2019 in the Grand Traverse Region in Michigan. Participants will visit projects in the region that improve watershed health including invasive species control and prevention, native species habitat improvements, nutrient run off reductions, and cleaning up Great Lakes Areas of Concern (as defined by the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative).
