This signature event introduces students to career opportunities in environmental fields that keep them in the Great Lakes region.
Northeast Michigan Great Lakes Stewardship Initiative organizes this large networking event for 8th grade students across the region. Professional organizations that offer eco-related careers in northeast Michigan are invited to host a booth and showcase what they do for one day at the Aplex meeting center in Alpena. Students are given a bingo card to help facilitate questions and explore career opportunities.
