Join Michigan Sea Grant and Michigan State University Extension on August 21 at Lake St. Clair Metropark in Macomb County to learn more about these topics! What: Learn how to avoid potential dangers, practice self-rescue skills and develop the skills you need to manage minor in-water incidents.

Who: Anyone who kayaks and is 18 or older
American Canoe Association certified instructors will provide this training. The training is offered at no cost, but you need to bring your own boat or rent one at the site.
