Forest therapy involves sensory explorations that combine rest and wandering, interspersed with facilitated group gatherings and solo time.  The emphasis is on unplugging, slowing down, and awakening the senses. Join certified forest therapy guide, Maureen Stine for this break to relax and unwind.

Cost:
$20.00 per person. This can be paid in cash or check the day of the event.

This event is entirely out-of-doors, but we will honor 6' social distancing
There are no INDOOR restrooms available
Please wear comfortable footwear and dress for the weather
Bring a small, lightweight folding camping chair or cushion to sit on
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
Oden's forest trails are not ADA accessible
