Announcing: The Michigan Partners in Nature Education Spaces (MiPINES) online map!

This online map, created as a collaborative project between Michigan Alliance for Environmental and Outdoor Educators (MAEOE) and the Michigan DNR, will be a living resource for discovering local spaces that can be used as an outdoor classroom. Each site listing will also include information about accessibility, terrain, and curriculum that could be used at the site.  Please see the current iteration of the map at: www.tinyurl.com/MIPINESmap

The MiPINES map currently has upwards of 550 clickable points, and the goal is for the map to be as comprehensive as possible. Please take a short survey to add your local outdoor classroom site to the map. Feel free to take it multiple times if you have multiple sites to share. See the survey link here: https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/22b3e89128c94e3eb7c2a3c311153c42

The map and survey links will be available on the MAEOE website forthcoming.
